Needed Help

One measure of software is how well it works. Trace is really a great app with a friendly hand drawing feel. As a landscape architect I find it very useful for site analysis. Take a few photos to cover the area then make notes on the trace levels. Can’t be beat for ease of use and future reference.

The other measure of software is its support. I noticed that I had lost access to some useful templates I had purchased and could not figure out how to get them back. This is on New Year’s eve afternoon. I contacted support and surprisingly had an answer back in about an hour. Good suggestions on how to resolve issue and it is done.
